The Astra SPX was developed by Israel Aircraft Industries in the mid 1990's. The aircraft design was purchased by Gulfstream and renamed the G100 in the early 2000's. The Astra SPX has evolved over more than a decade and thanks to the addition of winglets and other engine & design modifications, the aircraft can easily maintain a Mach speed of 0.82 at a maximum range of just under 3,000 nautical miles. The Execaire Astra SPX has seating capacity for up to seven passengers. The interior design of the cabin allows for a full size, enclosed, aft lavatory as well as a mini-galley. Aircraft amenities include LCD lighting, satellite phone, and in-flight entertainment system.
